Hon. Jessica Dubin currently serves as an Associate Justice of the Norfolk Division of the Probate and Family Court. She was appointed to the Court by Governor Maura Healey in July 2024. She serves on the Probate & Family Court’s Education Committee, Evidence Committee, Rules , and Writing Support Committee. Judge Dubin volunteers on the Board of Editors for the Boston Bar Journal. She is a member of the National Association of Women Judges, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the Massachusetts Family and Probate American Inn of Court, the Greater Boston Family Law Inn of Court, the Boston Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Judge Dubin graduated from Brown University in 1998 and Harvard Law School in 2001.
